LIEBSTER AWARD!!!

I've been nominated for the LIEBSTER award by the amazing (and obviously very forgiving for my absence!) Carolyn, a.k.a brunette-wavez ! Now, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited by being nominated. This is all really new to me and I'm beyond grateful that you Carolyn have checked out my blog, especially due to the quality of yours, so thank you!

Here's a bit of a low-down on just what the LIEBSTER award is:

1. Answer the 11 questions your tagger has asked you.

3. Ask your 11 chosen bloggers 11 new questions of your choosing ( questions & bloggers at the            bottom of the post)

Now onto the questions I was asked...


1. What is your dream job?
    I ask myself this question every single day and I still don't actually now! I know it's something in         journalism and I hope in doing a journalism degree it'll help me pinpoint an area, although I'll admit         i'm feeling sport or music quite heavily at the moment!

2. Favourite make-up brand?
    I've never had any non high street brands before, otherwise I'm sure I'd be jumping on the MAC or      Benefit bandwagon like many! For me, I love Rimmel, I got my first "proper" foundation from them    and I've never looked back!

3. Curly or straight hair?
    I'm a curly kind of girl, I went through a phase in high school of abusing my naturally wavy/curly         hair into getting it to go poker straight, bad idea let me tell you! Destroyed my hair to the point of         almost not existing! Natural curls all the way from now on!

4. Who's blog do you visit the most?
    I'm always on jasmineblu's blog! She has such a cute & neat blog and gives great advice, check her     out!

5. If you had to give up one face product out of: eye shadows, eye liner & mascara. Which on would       you choose?
   I'd choose eye shadow simply because I don't wear it a lot. As stupid as it sounds I'd lose a good          chunk of my confidence without eye liner as I'm (what my dad calls) a Winehouse flick abuser and      regarding mascara, I'm cursed with blonde lashes so it's a must have for me!

6. Favourite place in the world?
    Florida. That's a simple one for me I'm a theme park junkie!

7. One thing you can't do but would like to be able to?
    It's a choice between short hand & being able to speak Spanish. Both I'll be able to in good time!

8. Fashion icon?
    I don't really have one! I do love Fearne Cotton & Selena Gomez though. I'm starting to warm up to     Cara Delevigne too!

9. One person in the world you'd like to meet?
   Nate Ruess from fun. I can't explain what fun.'s music has got me through, I'd only want to say          thank you.

10.Fears?
    Spiders. There you have it, cliche has hell but c'mon 8 legs, 8 eyes and sometimes furry! *shudder*

11. Where did your idea to blog come from?
      I went to a journalism course information day and the tutors mentioned it and I've always been             slightly curious about the blogging world anyway!
